By creating an account or accessing Vybel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Vybel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Session Data: By registering for an account, you acknowledge that the Service requires the use of strictly necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and secure your data. These cannot be disabled while using the application.
Vybel allows you to create and design your website for free. Payment is only required when you are ready to publish your site to the web.
We offer a "No Questions Asked" refund within 7 days of your initial payment.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
You retain full ownership of the photos, text, and wedding details you upload to Vybel. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your personal content.
We respect your privacy. We will not use your wedding website or photos for our own marketing or advertising purposes without your explicit written consent.
We do not actively monitor user content. However, if we discover content that is illegal, offensive, or violates these Terms (including but not limited to hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal acts), we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
Our RSVP system is managed internally to prevent spam. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails or harass third parties.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vybel. This includes the website code, design layouts, logos, and software architecture.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to create and host your wedding website in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Vybel relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase and Cloudflare, to host and deliver your website. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by outages or technical issues originating from these third-party providers.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vybel (e.g., links to external Gift Registries like Amazon or Zola).
Vybel acts solely as a "link manager" for these resources. We do not process payments, handle gifts, or manage transactions on behalf of these third parties.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Vybel shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vybel be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms, whether in contract or tort, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service in the last twelve (12) months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If you have any issue with a charge or billing concern, please contact us at support@vybel.co before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
We offer a 7-day "No Questions Asked" refund period from your initial payment. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion based on extenuating circumstances.
